  13. 6.0 Physical Progress (SW) • Hydro–meteorological sites for Gujarat state has been Identified for installation and up gradation with telemetry and marked on the Map. • The procurement of various laboratory equipments is under process. • Bids for installation of Automatic Weather Station and Water Level Recorder are under preparation.

  14. 6.0 Physical Progress (GW) • Identified 526 piezometers for installation of DWLRs with telemetry and marked on the Map. • The data gap Analysis for monitoring stations is beiing carried out to identify talukas requiring more intense monitoring network through installation of more piezometers. • The procurement of various equipments and instruments is in process.

  19. 9.0 Status of Data Entry in E-SWIS • Hydro- meteorological Data from Year 2011 to 2016 has been Submitted to CWC, Gandhinagar to upload in e - SWIS vide letter no. SWDC / PB / NHP / Data / 572 / of 2017 dt.11-05-2017.

  24. 10.0 Status of Hydromet Station (SW) Proposed Network • Meeting with committee for Hydro-met sites under NHP was held on 21st, July, 2017 at New Delhi. As per suggestion of committee ,existing sites to be upgraded and locations of new Hydro-meteorological sites will be finalized in consultation with CWC, Gandhinagar at the earliest.

  28. 11.0 Status of State WRIS (SW) • website www.swhydrology.gujarat.gov.indeveloped for Surface Water component of Hydrology project. • Surface water related information in terms of Hydrological, meteorological and Water Quality station network and data availability, Maps is being uploaded on the website and have been linked with Government website www.gswan.gov.in. • It is proposed to upload Surface water data on this website which will have link with State WRIS portal. • Ultimately the state WRIS portal will have linkages with India WRIS.

  29. 11.0 Status of State WRIS (GW) • Ground water related information in terms of Principal Aquifer Systems, Monitoring Network and Categorization of Ground Water Resources in addition to Water Level and Quality Maps and is being uploaded on the website of GWRDC Limited: www.gwrdc.gujarat.gov.in • It is proposed to upload Ground water level and Quality data on GWRDC website which will have link with State WRIS portal. • Ultimately the state WRIS portal will have linkages with India WRIS.

  30. 12.0 Status of Public Finance Management System (PFMS) (SW+GW) • Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Government of Gujarat has been Registered on Public Finance Management System (PFMS) portal (www.pfms.nic.in) for National Hydrology Project, central sector scheme. PFMS cell, Finance Department, Sachivalaya has been contacted for organizing training for Expenditure, Advance & Transfer (EAT) Module of PFMS.

  31. 13.0 Any other Issues (SW+GW) • There is an urgent need to have an appropriate mechanism for guiding and interaction with the state agency on regular basis on issues related to updated specifications of latest equipments , procurement of Goods and hiring the services of short term consultants specializing in the fields of IT / Water Quality / Contract management /Surface & Ground water Modelling / GIS / Ground water Management /Geo chemistry etc.

  32. 14.0 Way forward (SW+GW) • For procurement and other related activity a time table has been drawn for efficient and smooth implementation to achieve the envisaged targets as per Annual Work Plan and Procurement Plan.
