Savings: $75 /year/fixture in water and sewage costs. Rebates for new construction or upgrade from a 1.6 gpf ULFT to a 1.28 gpf or less HET is $30 High Efficiency Washers - $75 rebate per machine Reduce energy and water costs up to 50%. HEWs with a water factor of 6.0 or less qualify
