Region VI Working Group • Formed at the last “Getting Real” Conference in 2011 • Focused on goals set as a group at the conference • Biweekly phone conferences include disability organizations and emergency management organizations • Discussions include sharing disaster and disability-related resources and information
On today's call, the tips for first responders came up. There is interest in using these in the field. I would like to talk with you about how we might get them updated and seeing where more of these can be obtained. I had one other idea--- can we turn these into an app so they be more portal and more widely available? Patty Anderson, Texas Disability Rights
