SuraA’ala • Read the each verse in Arabic and then in English • Look for any arabic word that you can recognize and if not can you learn a couple? • Ask the why, what and when question if is applicable • Look for similar ayats in Quran and see what it is talking about ; find connections • Does it connect to any current situation • How does it apply to us • What lessons does it tell us

Lessons one can draw from this sura • The one who has fear of Allah in his heart will take warning • To take this warning one needs to purify themselves and these are the ones who will be successful • Keep reminding oneself and each other of Allah’s words and His laws • Keep glorying Allah for that is a natural trait. • Whatever has a beginning has an end thus our end we need to plan our end • Read, read and read the Quran so that we don’t forget
