Mission Statement EPAC aims to gather all aerospace clusters in CIS to contribute to the development and the growth of the CIS industry and Innovation. EPAC will develop efficient collaboration among the CIS clusters and to network EPAC with international clusters and at 1rst with EACP in EU and with European Commission. EPAC aims to develop programs about competences improvement, innovation, competitiveness, internationalization, … EACP aims to be a platform to raise new ideas and to answer the key challenges of its industry by organizing a Congress at international level in Russian Federation
EPAC members: • aerospace clusters of the Common Economic Space countries (since 1.01.2015 – Eurasian Union); • aerospace clusters of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries; • aerospace clusters of the European Union and other European countries interested in implementation of joint projects; • aerospace clusters of Asian countries interested in implementation of joint projects; • international associations contributing to cluster development; • organizations aimed at assistance to cluster development and • implementation of joint projects.
EPAC is a legal body, therefore, its membership is formalized. Membership does not require payment of any membership fees. EPAC is a like EACP a cluster of Clusters
EPAC superior body – general meeting of its members. Current activity of EPAC is managed by the Partnership Council elected from among its members. EPAC has the Supervisory Council consisting of eminent persons of the aerospace industry and science, public and community officials. EPAC forms committees, task and expert groups.

1-rst Eurasian Aerospace Congress – Samara, November 2014 • Business aerospace event No.1 in Eastern Europe. • 3 days, including B2B meetings. • Over 1000 delegates.
The international steering committee has been form to prepare the Congress program. A conference as a preliminary Congress event (event preview) will be held in May 2014 during ILA Air Show in Berlin.
