Project Goals • Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise budget generating activities • Expand awareness of available budget generators • 2001 SAEA Budget Summit • 2002 AAEA Organized Symposia • Catalog existing enterprise budget resources • 2002 Budget Survey • Explore opportunities to collaborate across state lines in future development of budgets • 2003 Budget Summit II in April • Funding support from Southern Region RM Center

Entering Your Budget Info • It is not too late to contribute! • Select “Survey Form Preview” • You must register the first time you intend to enter budget information • A series of popup menus will lead you through the data entry process. This is rather lengthy, so you may wish to review the process first

  9. Entering Your Budget Info • Start with catalog so that budgets and budget software can be easily found (Section 1) • Complete survey documenting methodology (Section 2), if desired • Complete survey regarding budget resources (Section 3), if desired
