Why do we need ERM? Because wanted to meet the targets in Modernising Government Because we had to be able to meet the challenges thrown up by Freedom of Information Act Because we needed to bring in a structured system to replace the chaos become a centre of knowledge, expertise and excellence have building blocks for knowledge management
