  4. Delivery • Two days classroom • Practical for CPR, fire extinguisher, Gas Detector, PTW • Brisbane, Dalby, and Moranbah • External training providers; authorised by MISC to deliver Coal Surface Generic Induction How We Do It • Top-up option • Refresher training

  5. Training Material Development • Merging existing Arrow training material • Working with MISC • Trial induction • Final review • Roll-out

  6. Implementation Process • 1st June communication to employees and contractors • 10th July training material developed • 14th & 15th July trial training session • 24th July update existing site inductions • 3rd August Roll-out training
