A list of job applicants considered for the position Our reasons for refusal or job applicant’s own reasons for refusal, salary considered by the job applicants, other data necessary for the customer are specified in addition to job applicant’s personal data. 2. Resume (usually 2-5 final job applicants). Resume written in a flexible form by the job applicant is submitted to customer for initial information about the job applicant. 3.Interview results form A consultant finds out and registers all the necessary information about the job applicant during the interview: motivation, personal, professional qualities, intellectual level, appearance and all other necessary data according to skills and competencies required for the position. Advantages and disadvantages of the candidate for the position are specified. 4. Psychological test results Tests applied: Brief Selection Test, Structure of Work Motivation, Management Potential Test-3, Raven's Matrices, Photo test, Intelligence Potential test, universal personality test 16 «Russian-language factors», Standardized Multi-factor Research Method (modified MMPI), Lusher test. 5.Executive position questionnaire The questionnaire is filled in by the job applicant after the interview with a consultant. It includes six sections: personal data, work experience description with personal comments, job significance for the candidate, working methods and preferences, plans, achievements and failures, detailed job description, management skills, personal opinion about the offered work, minimum level of payment. 46 questions in total + references + 2 mini-tests. 6. Letters of reference (at the customers’ request).
