WHAT IS PEACE? “An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.” Luke 2:9 "...Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” Luke 2:10 Being acquitted by God Peace with God

WHAT IS PEACE? Having a constant realization that Jesus is SAVING YOU! Peace with ourselves For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
WHAT IS PEACE? “Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, ‘Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.’” Luke 2:13-14 Peace: God tearing down human barriers so we can be one Peace with others
HOW CAN WE GET PEACE? When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.” So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. Luke 2:15-16
HOW? When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child…Luke 2:17 Obedience toward God "Only those who respond to God's grace and follow the path lit by the rising sun will experience the peace into which that path leads." Darrell L. Bock
PEACE DISRUPTERS Stop digging deeper holes that disrupt your peace Stop spending money you don't have Stop getting into relationships that are not beneficial Stop spreading rumors Stop holding grudges
DO YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE? Pray - "God lead me into paths that would protect my peace" Worship - get away and spend time with God (realize he sees you, hears you and is with you) Be careful to obey God's word Run from drama as fast as you can!
