It sounds like the domain in the envelope sender isn't recognized
What's your MTA (i.e. exim/sendmail/qmail/postfix...)? If it's sendmail,
you'll need to add 127.0.0.1 and ag.arizona.edu to the /etc/mail/access
This isn't a 100% guaranteed fix, though... If you could send me
a complete copy of the message (including Received: headers, and
if possible, the 'From ' envelope "header") then I can try and work
