7. Joining Work Group Joining Work Group co-chairs will see the Host and what the Host anticipates will occur In response to an email Joining Work Group co-chairs confirm their participation and the level of participation The Joining Work Group determines the headcount of their WG only

Highlights • Targeting January 2014 WGM to roll-out the new WGM room planning process • Anticipate improved room scheduling with more precise input from all participants • In future WGMs the Host Work Group will see previous planning so that the co-chair only need to make updates • Co-chairs get emails to confirm participation and notifications about joining host Work Groups
