Phase One • Target Audience(s) • GSU Chartered Student Organization Officers/Advisors/Members • Timeline • August 2010 = Site unveiled & First marketing push • September 2010 = Trainings for organizations/advisors • By EOS = all organizations have at least one officer and one advisor administrator linked to portal • Trainings/Implementation • September 2010 = On-site trainings with OrgSync representative • Ongoing trainings = monthly walk-in sessions, advisor-only sessions, new organization sessions • Communication • Emails (OrgSync newsfeeds/email once implemented) • Mailbox flyers

Phase Two • Target Audience(s) • GSU student body • GSU Faculty/Staff/Departments • Timeline • January 2011= Marketing blitz begins • May 2011 = increased member/advisor enrollment in portals • Trainings/Implementation • New organization training as organizations are approved • Live sign-up/demos at various programs • All marketing materials have website and registration instructions • Communication • Student Media • Campus marketing—flyers, posters, banners, giveaways at events

Phase Three • Target Audience(s) • New/Transfer students • Campus community not affiliated with an organization • Orientation Involvement • Tour Guides and Incept leader training • Student Success session • Campus Connections table/Inceptor bags • Welcome week • OrgSync tables on Library Plaza/ “Ask Me” booths • OrgSync booth at Organization Fair • Training sessions with giveaways and refreshments • FLC Class Presentations • Prepare involvement session--Instructors strongly encouraged to set up a training session with the office
