Eligibility • Enlisted • Anyone from the ages of 17-29 with a high school diploma may join the corps. • If under the age of 18 you need parental consent. • Reserve • Can train part-time or full time • Prior Services • Can serve in the SMCR or the IMA. • Officer • You must have college coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree underway or completed before applying for the officer commissioning programs. • Those still in college will become part of the Platoon Leaders Class, and those who have a college degree will complete the Officer Candidate Course.  • Additionally, you can become an officer through the NROTC program at your college or university.
