  4. MISSION To encourage, organize and support mass based actions and to capacitate rural communities especially women and public representatives to become harbingers of change and to eliminate social evils and inequitous practices by promoting people’s participation

  7. Our reach We are reaching out to 300 women, Sarpanch and Panch of 18 villages, 30 youth groups, 30 cases of FCC, 109 school children directly and 2000 families indirectly everyday

Rural Governance • Trainings provided on the following topics • Gender and Rural Governance • Haryana Panchayati Raj Act • Roles and Responsibilities of Gram Sabha and Gram Panchayat • Project planning, implementation and social audit • Leadership • Conflict resolution • Schemes of State and Central Government Trainings provided to elected women representatives of Sohna Block every month

  12. EDUCATION Remedial Education Programme – 109 students out of which 42 are boys and 67 girls

  13. Youth mobilization and Empowerment 30 youth groups formed in 2 villages, Abheypur and Khedla Youth participate actively in developmental activities Youth linked to Nehru Yuva Kendra Trainings to youth

  14. VOCATIONAL TRAINING 16 girls attend the stitching class everyday

  15. FAMILY COUNSELING SERVICES Family counseling has been able to provide relief to many hapless women who have been suffering from domestic violence taking it to be their fate. Other cases are of property dispute, maladjustments etc. Presently, 30 cases are being pursued every month
