IRP Audit Training Manual Update

This training manual update, presented by Diane Robichaud-Cormier in January 2009, provides participants with a tool to help train auditors and reference information. The approach taken includes reviewing sections individually, discussing modifications by conference call, and accepting modifications via email. Major modifications include changes to references, removal of obsolete language, clarifying tables, and correcting errors. The top 16 Plan Rewrite changes are also highlighted in the manual.   3. Training Manual - Available on the IRP website. (www.irponline.org/InfoExchange/Audit) - Revised date of December 2008 - Is a tool to help train auditors and is for reference only.

  4. Approach Taken - Working together at a distance is not an easy task. - Sections of 10-15 pages. - Review individually. - Discussion by conference call. - Accepted modifications were E-mailed. - Approach was deemed better than everyone doing their own section of 20 pages.

  5. Reason An update was needed due to the Plan Rewrite, which was effective July 1, 2008. Other small changes were needed and done at this time.

  6. Modifications Major modifications are: - References to the Plan and the APM. - Removal of obsolete language. - Changes of a few tables, in an attempt to clarify. - Corrections to identified errors.
