  3. Project Area…. - Ford Road - McClure Road - New Boonesboro Road - Colby Road - Old Boonesboro Road - April Way - Water Works Road - Bypass Road

  4. Area Impact…. • 11,761 WMU • 2,365 East Clark County Water District • 215 Kentucky American Water Company 14,341 Total Customers

  5. Scope of Work…. • 12,000’ of 24” Ductile Iron Raw Water Line • 36,000’ of 24” Ductile Iron Finished Water Line • KY Raw Water Intake and Pump Station Improvements • In total 9 miles of large diameter raw and finished water transmission lines

  6. Project Cost…. *Does Not Include WMU Staff Time

  7. Project Disruptions…. • Road Closures / Detours • Noise • Dust

  8. Easements…. • Temporary and Permanent Easements Required New easement – Not in flood plain – $4.00/ft. New easement – In the flood plain – $3.00/ft. Existing easement (Increase width) – $2.00/ft. Temporary (all) – $1.00/ft. *Any variance from this payment schedule will require authorization from the WMU Commission.
