Cultural Fest 2016 • UTM Shillong organized a cultural fest VISTAS on 19th February, 2016 in Anton Hall to sensitise our people about our rich heritage and steps taken for its conservation.  • Mr. Pyniaid S. Syiem, Member of District Council, Government of Meghalaya and Mr. H. W .T Syiem graced the event based on the Cultural Diversity of India and how culture connects the people of India.
