  1. Different Yogas and the purposes Yoga not only makes the human body flexible, it does help in finding a solution to both physical and mental sickness. Some of the below mentioned yoga practices are known for dealing with more than physical fitness. They are as follows: The Hatha Raja Yoga deals with a self-care session for our psychological being and it includes about simple and mind training disciplines that shall help in developing self-confidence and other types of independence level within the human brain. It also helps in maintaining a good psyche. This type of yoga basically deals with some exercises that are much sensitivity to the human nerves and makes them aware about our own emotions to make good thoughts flow through the body in the form of exercise. This yoga practice has been proved fundamentally over the centuries. The Yoga Nidra Yoga Training has a sleeping session that highly relaxes your body and makes it nourish with a good health. It eliminates the stress away from the body and helps in engaging a good level of cardiovascular activity. Kickboxing, running, swimming, cycling are some of the physical activities that comes under this type of yoga training.
