Relationship and Experience: Ukwanda has accumulated a lot of experience in dealing with public schools in General. We fully understand the systems put by the Government within the school environment and we have a very rich relationship with the schools in the Area. • Time Constraints: This is an advantage to us. As a small business we do not have time constrains as some of the meetings will take place in the evening when there’s a need to address Parents (the School governing body). • Ukwanda proposes a five year Service Level Agreement with the Bank. Our main engagement would be as follows: • Sustain a relationship with the client on behalf the of Bank. • Encourage schools to fix deposit a certain amount of money.
