Julie Robertson, Serenity House The staff that you hire is very important. They must get along well with the present staff. Next, you must establish good rapport with all staff. This takes good training of staff and also support of staff. The most important thing is to stay organized and prepare a schedule.
Dr. Lex Baer, Presbyterian Counseling Center Recognize that life is difficult Take some joy along the way Go together The butterfly counts not months but moments and so has enough time
