Each programme had several components like provision of consultancies, supplies, data collection and trainings.

Regional Seminar on Developing A Program for the Implementationof the2008 SNA and Supporting Statistics11-13 September 2013 / Ankara – Turkey National Seminar on Developing A Program for the Implementationof the2008 SNA and Supporting Statistics in Turkey 10 September 2013 / Ankara - Turkey Results of Training Activities • Increased knowledge of TurkStatexpertson major areas of official statistics. • Cooperation and coordination between TurkStat and main data providers enhanced. • English levels of TurkStat and main data providers’ personnel were improved • Provision of tailor-made expertise through the Programme improved the statistical methodology. • The know-how level of TurkStat experts about the European statistics, compilation methods, standards and terminologies increased. • Experiences among beneficiary countries on specific topics were shared. • Institutional capacity was developed.
