Nel caso in cui la cucina centralizzata non si trovi in prossimità del luogo di somministrazione sarà necessaria una cucina d’appoggio con le stesse caratteristiche di quella in loco, dotata anche di uno spazio per la conservazione e la porzionatura degli alimenti e possibilità di preparare particolari regimi dietetici richiesti dal pediatra.
