Entrepreneurship • “Entrepreneur” is a person who undertakes the creation, organization, and ownership of an innovative business with potential for growth. • “Entrepreneurship” is the process of recognizing or creating an opportunity, testing it in the market, and gathering the resources necessary to go into business.
Advantages of Entrepreneurship • Being your own boss • Doing something you enjoy • Creative freedom • Setting your own schedule • Job security • Pride • Being recognized within the community
Disadvantages of Entrepreneurship • Risk of investment • Long hours • Uncertain income • Responsibility falls on you • Pressure • Regulations
