SUSPENSION • If a Head Office goes 15 months or more without a visit they will be suspended. • This will happen regardless of whether they have a visit booked or not. • This will also happen regardless of whether it is NQA or the Assessor/ Associate’s fault • If you do not think you will fit the visit in before this deadline please let us know as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable alternative
30 DAY RULE • As long as you keep us up to date with the status of each visit there would be no reason for us to reallocate a visit unless you request us to. In fact as we are pulling more work back of the Assessors it should only mean more work for you all. • Whenever Gay or Anna send out the lists of unbooked visits please update them with any problems or queries you have. • We need these updates so that if we do have to suspend the client we have got a full history of the issues you have had.
FINALLY…. • Please send all reports & invoices to reports@nqa.com. • Even though you now all have access to Sharepoint if you send the reports directly into there it won’t tie up with the invoice so you won’t get paid! • Any invoice queries should go directly to lesley.hines@nqa.com • Any booking confirmations or queries should go to gay.pope@nqa.com or anna-marie.brydson@nqa.com, regardless of who sent you the original WAF
FINALLY…. • If someone from Sales asks you to arrange a visit before a WAF is sent please be aware that although it is ok for you to provisionally agree dates you won’t be paid until we are able to send a WAF with a visit number. • In these instances please hold on to the report until we can give you this information.
