Aims • We hope to create the collaboration at this meeting • This will require an initial governance model and the selection of an interim leadership team • We expect to continue deliberations that will lead to a longer-term governance model and a formal process for selecting the collaboration leadership • We have created a draft • Fred Gilman has assembled a minimalist set of ideas drawn from a variety of collaborations
