  3. Curriculum • Pre-requisites CAA rule part 65 -ATS instructor Rating -At least 5yrs exercising an ATS lice • Course length 3 days • Cross credits –Nil • Resource requirements • Learning outcome

Competency Training and Assessment • Examiner course has 6 EC’s with 22 PC’s • EC1 Privileges • EC2 Assessing for issue and cont currency of ATS licences, ratings and cert of comp and Validations • EC3 Assess for issue ATS instructor ratings • EC4 Assess for issue and continued currency of ATS Instructor (chk) • EC5 Functions of ind reg bodies are described • EC6 Moderation Policy applied

  7. Examiner Rating • Issued by CAA • Practical assessment completed by CAA testing officer • The Theory learned and tested on the course by way of a written exam • Prime Rating therefore needs to be shown on Licence
