  1. Vogel Kindergarten News July 22, 2019 Character Trait: Mindfulness Week one: What’s Happening This Week A Note From Ms. Vogel • This week we will practice our school rules and classroom rules. We will learn what it takes to be mindful of ourselves and others in many different situations. We will practice many games to learn name recognition and begin learning letters, numbers and other important Kindergarten skills! • Thank you joining us on this exciting Camp Kindergarten ride! We are going to have a great 15 days! Remember how important it is to come everyday to school, practice at home the skills being taught at school and talk to your kiddos about their day to increase their language! A Peek At What We Are Learning Practice at home… Writing first name with a capital letter first and the rest lowercase letters. Counting to 31 out loud.
