#TBT (Throw Back Tuesday) • The University of Minnesota first became a UTC under the 1991 ISTEA transportation bill and was renewed as a National Center in TEA-21 and SAFETEA-LU.

Back to the Future • In 2013, the U of M was awarded the Region 5 UTC. • What was learned during our previous experiences that helped us start a new UTC?
