  2. Getting StartedMUST Know Club Number!SubmitApplication Approval Comesby Email • URL • Username • Password • Instructions www.e-Clubhouse.org/application.php

  3. Website Will Have FIVE Pages You May add up to five more!

  4. Go to www.e-clubhouse.org • Checkout other good e-clubhouse examples • Enter Username & password you received from LCI

  5. Edit your Home page Once logged in, click on MANAGE PAGES

  6. Pick HOME PAGE

  7. Once in the editing mode, just type Hit PUBLISH or continue to EDIT Hit PREVIEW to see what you have created Follow these rules for CONTACT & CLUB PROJECTS pages

  8. ADD a photo 1. Click photo insert icon 2. Then click upload UPLOAD allows you to find a photo on your computer to transfer to your website.

  9. Click BROWSE to find a photo on your computer

  10. SEND IT TO THE SERVER When successful, click OK.

  11. Set the WIDTH to 470 or less Try to center photo When photo fits, hit OK

  12. PREVIEW, then PUBLISH

  13. Let’s use the Calendar Click MANAGE PAGES

  14. Let’s use the Calendar Click MANAGE CALENDAR

  15. Just Fill Out the Form * Optional items

  16. Use FEATURED EVENT Featured Events will appear on your HOME page Use only one or two events Select that event from the pull-down menu

  17. Just Click on the FEATURE Button

  18. HOME shows Featured Events

  19. PHOTO GALLERY • Add & sort up to 10 Photos of your club • Add captions Click MANAGE PHOTO GALLERY

  20. PHOTO GALLERY Hit browse to select photo for uploading

  21. PHOTO GALLERY Add Caption for photo Hit ADD

  22. PHOTO GALLERY Photo Appears in Gallery Enter number here to sort photo in correct order

  23. ADD a LINK to a document Type in text & Highlight it. Then click link icon

  24. 1. Click UPLOAD 2. Click BROWSE to get your file 3. Click to send to Server

  25. Link Appears * Click Preview * Publish

  26. Do the same for a website LINK 1. Type & Highlight Text 2. Click LINK Icon 3. Type Website address here
