  2. Virtues Pick Randomly pick and read a card, reflect on its meaning for you at this time. You may want to pose a question before you choose your card. Journal it and keep record of the virtues that appear for you each day. A virtue is either an affirmation, an invitation or sometimes both www.virtuescards.org

  3. Acknowledgement Acknowledge each other when you see the virtue in action. Share virtues via social media, email or text to honor a virtue in action. Include a sentence to describe how someone has demonstrated a virtue... “ Thank you for your generosity of time volunteering today. ” www.virtuescards.org

  4. Invite someone to randomly pick a virtue and read it aloud. Use the virtue to help focus the meeting. Start your day or week by picking a virtue for your team and reflecting on it throughout. Team Meetings www.virtuescards.org

  5. SharingCircle While sitting in a circle of family, friends, colleagues or community each person takes a turn to speak briefly about what is on his or her mind. Then the person randomly selects a card and reads it aloud, and shares how it speaks to them. The others in the circle listen in complete, respectful silence. www.virtuescards.org
