Daily Grammar Practice – Monday Notes • Write out the sentence and identify parts of speech (noun, verb, adjective, etc.) I must have drunk four cups of cocoa because i was frozen from skating on lake kenton
Red Hot Root Words - Outside • Grab your new vocabulary worksheet from the front of the room – we’ll go over the words together, then do the back with a partner.

INDEPENDENT READING • Please get the book that you selected for independent reading and read SILENTLY for the next 20 minutes. • When I tell you that time is up, please fill out your worksheet (a summary or your thoughts on what you read – at least 5 sentences NOT copied from the book) and put it in your IR folder.
Ticket Out • Please write one post it for learned and one for confused & place it on our parking lot on your way out the door. • REMEMBER – “nothing” is not an acceptable answer!
