ABOUT US:- Alba’s Restaurant, New York Times acclaimed Three Star Italian restaurant in Westchester County was born in Port Chester, NY in 1993 by Chef/Owner Ray Balidemaj. Celebrating 21 years of excellence, serving the Greenwich, CT and Westchester County areas, Ray is dedicated to Italian Cuisine, that is served fresh, simple and prepared with respect. Alba’s was named after the white truffle region of Italy, Alba. The dual combination of Ray’s cooking techniques, management style—unheard of in the Westchester area, bettered restaurants all around in the early 90’s—with his brother Sammy Balidemaj’s energy and drive in the dining room, they propelled Alba’s to become the only Three Star Italian restaurant in the area in 1993.
