Character List • Jamie Tidd- male, 14 years old, tall, naïve, in love with Angie • Angie- 15 years old, in love with a guy from Prince Rupert Island • Perry Tidd- Jamie’s dad, a fisherman, captures a whale for $100,000 • Tyrannus- killer whale, over 25 ft. long, approx.. weight: 8 tons, worth $100,000 • Dr. Greenlee- about 72 yrs. old, veterinarian • Cristo Pinheiro- a captain, fisherman, Angie’s dad • Zac Cooke- head of project for the whale • Georgie Tibbets- swims with Tyrannus

Setting/Plot Summary, and Opinion • The setting took place mainly where the whale was trapped with nets all around it. • The plot was that Jamie had a whale worth $100,000 trapped in a cove but everyone wanted him to free it. He had to think about who he really cared about and to decide to free it or not. • The book was all right but not great.

  5. My Ending Zac Cooke, Georgie Tebbetts and Doctor Greenlee finally bought the whale and pay the boy one million dollars for all his hard work. So then Jamie and Angie moved away together with a million dollars and eventually forgets about the whale. And the whale went to make famous movies in Hollywood. The father and the mother went with Jamie and Angie to live in Hawaii.

  6. Biography • Kevin -14. I used to live in CA for 7 years. Then I moved to FL and have lived here for 7 years. I have 2 brothers and a younger sister. • Leeann -14, I was born on Nov. 24, 83. I enjoy skating Friday nights, going to the movies, driving around town with my older friends, and talking on the phone. • Brian -14. I have always lived in FL my whole life, but have been to many states. I have 2 brothers and I’m the youngest. I hope to grow up to be an engineer in making extreme sport equipment. • Kris -14. I’ve lived in Illinois, TN, MI, & FL. I have 1 little brother and 2 older sisters. • Lisa -14. I was born in Brooklyn, NY on Feb. 13, 84. I moved to FL & have lived here for 9 years. I have 1 younger brother.
