Sir Isaac Newton was born on January 4, 1643 - March 20, 1727. He mainly worked on the absence of force, weight, & speed. He also worked on Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica, which was published on July 5, 1687. And the most important one were his 3 Laws.
Newton’s First Law There exists a set of inertial reference frames relative to which all particles with no net force acting on them will move without change in their velocity. It’s mostly simplified as “A body persists its state of rest or of uniform motion unless acted upon by external unbalanced force.” It’s referred to as the law of inertia.
Newton’s Second Law The relationship between an object’s mass m , its acceleration a, and the applied force F is F = ma. It doesn’t apply directly to situations where the mass is changing. It’s applicable only If the force is the net external force.
Newton’s Third Law Newton’s Third Law is Motion. All forces occur in equal but oppositely directed pairs. There is a force of equal magnitude but opposite direction that acts back on the object which exerted that external force. This Law is one of the fundamental symmetry principles of the universe. It’s useful for analyzing situations which are somewhat counter-intuitive.
Galileo Galileo was born in Pisa, Italy. He was the first out of 6 children, of Vincenzo Galilei. Which was a famous lutenist, & music theorist. Well what both Galileo & Isaac Newton worked on was on forces.
