  7. What We Do… Leading producer of spiral torsion (clock) springs. Our rolling mills provide wire range thicknesses from .018“ to .220” and widths of .050" to 1.375“. 20 proprietary CNC spring coilers provide a capacity for up to 100,000,000 clock springs per year.

  8. What We Do… Precision manufacturer of torsion, double torsion, and extension springs. Over 50 CNC Shinko and Herdon coilers provide a capacity for springs with simple or complex end configurations. They also provide a wire range of .006" [0.15mm] to .413" [10.5mm] with non-contact gauging for precision ends.

  9. What We Do… Provide standard and complex compression springs. We use traditional and modern CNC coilers to produce compression springs at rates up to 10,000 pieces per hour. The wire range for these machines is .006" [0.15mm] to .413" [10.5mm].

  10. What We Do… Provide precision wireforms. Using custom and Herdon CNC equipment, our inline capabilities for wireforms include swaging, coining, punching, threading, and tapping. The wire range for these machines include diameters from .020" [0.51mm] to .625" [15.88mm].
