Boundary Surveys (201 KAR 18:142 and 18:150) • Land surveyor shall conduct his or her practice in order to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. • The marks and monuments on the ground as found and verified, or as set by a professional land surveyor shall constitute the actual boundary survey. www.VaughnMelton.com
