Audiences • The following groups and individuals receive and evaluate information: • CCG Integrated Governance Committee • Providers (St. George’s, Community Services Wandsworth, SWL & St. George’s Mental Health Trust) at Clinical Quality Review Meetings • Commissioning Teams • Urgent Care Board (new) • CCG Board • Patients & the Public (via Board meetings or websites) • NHS England

Evaluation • Existing Information • National targets (e.g. A&E 4 hour wait, 18 week RTT) • Benchmarking (against similar organisations / national averages) • Drilling Down • More detailed data • Service Plans • Developing New Information (Intelligence) • Proxy indicators (Smoking Quitters as a measure of CVD Mortality) • Early warning systems (Urgent Care Dashboard & Post Keogh report) • Diagnostics (Mapping & Modelling)
