All Year Groups Renfrewshire XC Relays Well done to all GSOS athletes who competed at the Renfrewshire XC Relays last weekend. We had some great results including gold winning performances from U13 boys (Lewis, Gary and Kipp) and our U15 girls (Neve, Kirsten and Lori), The U17 girls (Leanne, Abbigail and Jenny) finished 4th and 5th place to the U13 girls (Laura, Neve and Emily). Well done also to Lewis who took gold for the fastest individual leg and Paul Harper who finished second on the first leg in the U17 race!

MUSE Engineering Well done to all those who attended the 1st session of the MUSE engineering course at Strathclyde University on Wednesday. The team met the lecturers and found out some information on the new projects they are going to be involved in and have already began their research. University of Strathclyde Department of Physics Open Evening Wednesday 29th October 2014 The Department is organising an open evening on Wednesday 29th October 2014 starting at 7:00pm in Room JA3.14 on level 3 of the John Anderson Building. Congratulations to Matthew and Christopher Grimley who won the boys doubles at the Danish Junior Cup and Matthew also coming runner up in the boy’s singles! They followed this up a few days later winning the doubles again at the Danish Junior Elite tournament where Matthew also won the boys singles this time! Well done boys!
S2 FESTIVE THEATRE TRIP ‘Peter Pan’ King’s Theatre Thursday, 18th December (1pm) Tickets for Bellahouston Academy’s annual pantomime trip will go on sale after the October Holiday. As always the seats are the best in the house. Tickets cost £12 and can be paid for in instalments - £1 being the minimum deposit. Payment can be made to Mrs Wewiorski during Intervals, Lunch times or at the start of Drama lessons. All participants will receive free ice cream at the performance!
