Conclusion Mobile phone communication is the mode of communication with the highest potential of development in Ghana We believe that Ghanaian entrepreneurs could be the driver for innovative mobile services to unlock the market Provide technical and mobile business training to entrepreneurs Build communities among actors Facilitate entrepreneurs access to market (deployment, finance)
