CYTEC ENG. MATERIALSCompetitive Advantage • We can provide pricing at the $5.50 - $5.75/lb range for the lion’s share of your business. • We are currently capable of supplying 4,4 DDS as well as 3,3 DDS. • We have adequate supply capability to meet your volume demands now and in the future. • We have U.S production capability at our Ashtabula, Ohio manufacturing site, but we are not currently capable of producing all your material requirements domestically. We are willing to make the necessary investments to do so, should we be able to come to terms on a supply partnership. • We are experienced with the aerospace industry. Gabriel is heavily involved in other manufacturing/product licensee arrangements with major U.S. based chemical companies and we supply many materials to the major aircraft companies and their chosen component suppliers. • Foreign competitors may pose a significant supply risk (i.e. Atul is primarily a pigment & dye manufacturer and resources will likely be focused on support of this primary business vs. 4,4 DDS production should they have to allocate resources and India’s increasing economy may turn their focus to growing domestic supply demands). • Gabriel is committed to utilize its manufacturing capabilities to support Cytec with additional material needs (see introductory presentation attached). We are currently addressing specific processing partnership opportunities as follows: • Post processing of raw materials (i.e. distillation, purification) • Grinding/classification of raw materials • Emulsion manufacturing
CYTEC ENG.
