  3. clear messages from UK reviews of the PRS • - a complex sector & a difficult partnership • - largely un-professionalised • - poor quality housing • - in secure but … • - becoming increasingly unaffordable • - we’re just moving the deckchairs • future concerns • - HB changes & affordability/accessibility • - increasing competition • - future viability of the PRS • - lack of housing supply The challenges
