  3. Targeting men • More often symptomatic than women • May control resources • May control decisions about sex • May control decisions about seeking care • May be easier for man to inform partner

  4. Private & informal sectors • Many STI patients seek care from private or informal health care providers • Need to seek ways of working with these providers
