NotebookAll students are required to keep an organized notebook of their work each six weeks. This is a suggested plan for organizing it: 1. Cover Sheet • Syllabus (with assignments filled in or updated)
Notebook3. DIVIDERS with work in chronological order: • Warm ups - SAT, TAKS, Algebra • Daily Work • Tests and Major Quizzes • Notes (may be included in Daily Work)
TESTS (75%) • Scheduled on syllabus • Usually 100 points , but may be fewer • Block Days and Fridays • May retest ONCE per grading period (using grade on Nine Weeks Test)
MOODLE • Moodle is the online portion of our course • All updated calendars/syllabi • Online Quizzes • Class notes and examples • Worksheets **STUDENTS USE THEIR SCHOOL LOGIN TO ACCESS MOODLE and enroll in the online portion of the course the first week of school.
DAILY WORK (25%) • may take grades on daily assignments • may be completion grades if all work is shown
MAKE UP TESTS • Wed. after school 2:55 pm – 3:45 pm and Fri. before school 6:30 am – 7:20 • IN LGI 4212 • Sign up with Mrs. Craig
