  5. Tooling • Haas Vertical Machining Center • ¾” Dovetail Cutter • 3/8” Endmill • ¾” Flat Endmill • ¾” Spot Drill • 6” Facemill

  6. The Plan (Top Piece) • Cut to 5.2” Lengths • Mill to size (10 per pass) • Face mill top of field for flatness (fixture) • Cut dovetail • Bead blast • Machine field and end-zone logos (fixture)

  8. The Plan (Base) • Cut to 2” lengths • Mill to size • Cut dovetail • Bead blast • Engrave (Optional)
