Caffè macchiato: An espresso "stained" with a dab of steamed milk. Caffèristretto: Espresso with a tad less water, stronger than regular espresso. Cappuccio, or Cappuccino: Coffee combined with steamed milk (more so than macchiato).

Time - Siesta Keep in mind, that in Sicily SIESTA TIME starts at 13.00 and ends at 16.00! During this time all shops and markets are closed. In Sicily the meaning of time is flexible with friends; however, for work it is still important to be on time.
