15. ”It is not possible to compare negotiated rates with other rates” • The myth:It is necessary to call car company to compare negotiated rates with other rate types • The truth:Travel Choice/Pro Tempo makes it possible to access several rates to compare which is most favourable • The corporate profile updated with CD-number and a PPI-line advising agent to check Eurobonus Gold rates and the agency’s own negotiated rates • A separate profile updated with the agency’s CD-number • A separate profile updated with the Eurobonus Gold CD-number

How to work the profiles • The work-flow: • Display the merged corporate/traveller profile • Car Availability with /TC gives the client’s CD-rates • A host key to change to Eurobonus Gold rates:>CA/TC/C-ABC123 <ctrl + x> • A host key to change to the agency’s CD-rates>CA/TC/C-123ABC <ctrl + y> • When booking use the display with the most favourable rate (>CA/TC returns to the client’s rates or reuse the appropriate host key):>CS3/TC • The corporate profile is still displayed, and the client’s CD-number is added to the segment

17. ”The cheapest rates are only offered over the phone” • The myth:The cheapest rates are not available in Amadeus • The truth:When checking availability displays for providers in Complete Access Plus the rates are returned from the providers’ own systems, and they are the same rates that you will be offered when phoning

Complete Access Plus • Additional provider upgrades (as specified earlier) • All messages from providers to be passed: • When a provider request a display the request will be passed on to the competitors • The competitors will decide whether to display rates or not, and if so which rates to display • Additional information in Car Rate Features(provider/location code in header, 5 sets of location hours, allow /FC-option, special equipment, delivery and collection – and more)
