  3. How many outfits including a hat, pants, shirt (combinations) can he make ? Think… • He will ALWAYS wear a red hat because he only has one hat. • Now lets start with a • Red hat • Green shirt • and just change the pants….

  4. The combinations we can make are….. • Red hat • Green shirt • Blue pants • Red hat • Green shirt • Purple pants • Red hat • Green shirt • Yellow pants

  5. So far we have 3 combos… • Now lets continue with a • Red hat • Orange shirt • and just change the pants….
