  5. Surely totally and obviously beyond the pale. You might as well say ‘There goes the neighbourhood!’ The development, will probably be lived in by transients, students and renters. I’m hoping you Planners will not forget who pays your salaries – the humble neighbourhood ratepayers, like me. Do your job, guys. Looks cheap and ugly (bloody horrible in fact).
