Your child will learn about (1) Places (2) Professions, and (3) Means of transportation in the community. After all the lessons have been completed on this theme your child will be asked to create and label a map of a community on a poster and present it to the class using the vocabulary learned in FLES class. If your child desires to make something else for his/her presentation in addition to the poster, they may. Ideas include making a PowerPoint, a video, etc. • Students will begin their projects in class and will present during the next FLES class.
